  • PRIVATE BOARDROOM:

    A wonderful setting for your dining event or corporate meeting. Our Private Boardroom is an intimate room with a discreet, pulldown screen and projector for presentations or slideshows. The privacy in our Private Boardroom is well suited for small gatherings with a warm ambience, including a fireplace and comfortable seating.

    This space accommodates 32 seated for a dining event and has a maximum capacity of 45 people for a social event.

    PRIVATE FULL RESTAURANT:

    The perfect setting for your dining, social or corporate event. Access to our full restaurant including the private boardroom.

    This space accommodates 125 seated for a dining event and has a maximum capacity of 175 people for a social event.

  • We book private events:

    Online: email us at help@finklestreet.com or

    Over the phone: call 519-290-2100 and ask for a member of our management team.

    We will go through every detail of your event vision to ensure we gather the ins and outs of your event. Our management team is available to tailor your event to your specifications.

  • We consider inquiries an invitation to connect, discuss availability and terms of booking. We do not hold rooms based on inquiries.

  • Any number of guests are welcome to reserve a private room if the minimum spend requirement is met. Typically, we require a private room for groups of 15 or greater. Minimum spending requirements are not dependent on the number of guests.

  • We allot 3 hours for a general booking of the Private Boardroom. Time allotted for Private restaurant depends on the style of the event. However, we also offer options to book the Private Boardroom or Full Restaurant for the entire day and evening. For more information on extended bookings, please feel free to discuss your requirements with our management team.

  • For the latest prices and offerings for our private events, please inquire about our group menu packages. Beverage service options include: billing by consumption, open host bar, separate billing, set beverage restrictions.

    Our Menus and prices update throughout the year, modest price changes can occur between inquiry and finalization of your event.

  • We do not require room rental fees. However, we do require a minimum spend for the space that changes depending on the date and time of booking.

    Booking a private space does not require any room rental fee or minimum guest count. However, for private bookings, there are minimum spending requirements, which consist of the combined food and beverage sales before tax and gratuity.

    Additionally, other fees such as Early open times, Setup fees, A/V Equipment rental, or Additional customization could apply. These will be explained to you before your event.

  • Our group menus provide each guest with a two or three-course meal, with coffee, tea, and water service, and are priced per person. The package includes food, service, standard place settings, black napkins and standard printed menus. Gratuity and HST are additional. Our expertise is available to you throughout the planning process.

  • Yes, we can provide audiovisual equipment, including projector and drop down screen. Note that rental fees may apply for the use of this equipment. Our management team will be happy to provide you with detailed information about our audiovisual equipment.

  • We welcome additional décor to elevate and personalize the space for your event. At the conclusion of the event, all décor and personal items must be taken away. Anything left behind must be approved by the event planner or manager.

    The following restrictions apply: No use of confetti (paper or party). No attaching any items to walls, mirrors. No loose flower petals or rice. Any candles/ flame must be enclosed in a safe manner, with the use of candle holders

    The removal of existing décor must be approved by your event planner. Some décor may not be able to be removed. Any décor belonging to the restaurant will be taken care of by our staff. Please note that damage charges may apply if any décor is removed without permission.

    If you have any specific decor ideas or inquiries, please feel free to discuss them with our management team.

  • We are limited to the restaurant music that we play throughout the entire space. Music is able to be turned off in the Private Boardroom. If reserving the Full Restaurant we may be able to play your requested music.

  • We take deposits for fully private events. For other types of events, a deposit may not be required. We ask for ample notice for cancellations. If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event, minimum spend fees may apply.

  • Certainly! If you prefer to bring your own dessert, we are happy to store it, then cut and serve it to your guests. There is a dessert fee of $1.75 per person that will be applied to your final bill. Discuss this option with your events team.

  • We can accommodate most allergies; however, please be aware that our kitchen contains gluten, nuts, seafood, and dairy products. If you have any specific dietary requirements, inform our events team & service staff so we can ensure a safe dining experience for you.

  • Event details need to be finalized 2 weeks before the scheduled event date. This time frame allows us to plan, prepare, and coordinate effectively, ensuring a successful event. Please make sure to stay in regular communication with our events team and provide all necessary information by the specified deadline.

  • Yes, the event space can be viewed in person before making a booking.

    We book viewings during times when the rooms are empty to not disrupt our guests. Please be aware that availability to view the room is subject to the events schedule. Contact our management team in advance to secure a suitable time for the viewing.

  • There is a public parking lot, accessible off of Finkle Street and Peel Street as well as street parking available on Finkle Street.

Information Regarding Dining Reservations 

Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time as we will hold your table for 15 minutes post reservation time.  Please note that all reservations are allocated a 2-hour dining time, if you feel you need more than a 2-hour dining time, please reach out to us directly.

“Tried the Finkle Street Tap & Grill on the way home from my daughters graduation in London. Wednesday night and the place was full! Atmosphere was wonderful, lively very comfortable and the staff were top notch. Even though it was busy, service was exceptional as was the delicious food. Pizzas were to die for! Great variety and all of it extremely good. Our entire party was very pleased and would definitely go back again. My daughter is celiac and this has to have been one of the best restaurants with the a variety of gluten free options! Gluten free desert brownie was exceptional. Highly recommended!” - TripAdvisor

“The staff at Finkle St. go above and beyond. They’re attentive and warm, work extremely well as a team, and don’t let you go unnoticed. We recently moved to the area and generally go to KW for dinner as the selection around Woodstock is pretty sub par. However, Finkle St. has changed what it is to dine in Woodstock. The food and atmosphere are similar to those found in the better restaurants of bigger cities, and although some reviewers have mentioned the prices being too high, we found they are spot on when considering the quality of food and the amazing service. 100% RECOMMEND FINE DINING CUISINE

Where do I start?! How about with Exceptional Service overall!
I called last minute to book a dinner for my wife as our previous birthday plans had changed.
Jenny was extremely quick to call me back within 5 min to say her, and the staff could accommodate a large group dinner for approx 20 guest!
The environment of the restaurant was amazing! The food was extremely delicious, and there was a large variety of fine dining cuisine.
Last but definitely not least, the staff: Jenny, and Victoria who also helped set up the evening, and most importantly, our waitress server Kayla treated us with exceptional service. Not only did she take on the responsibility of taking approx. 18 orders single handed. She delivered every plate with astounding professionalism, and always friendly. She dimmed the lights while we sang Happy birthday to my wife! Once there was a table empty beside us, she set the table up for the little children to have their dessert!
It’s not just the huge responsibility of taking our orders she had, but also those small things she did which made our evening even more special!! Super kind and went above and beyond!
I will 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone and WILL be coming back.
